GENERAL
How do I gain access to the site?
L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty Partner Shop is available to all L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty Partner Shop. To request access, follow these simple steps:
1. Visit the website www.lorealdermatologicalbeautypartnershop.com
2. Click ‘Request Account’ on the right-hand side of the page.
3. This will open a request form, complete the form and click ‘Submit’.
4. A member of our team will be in contact with you in within 3 working days, alternatively you can contact your Business Development Manager for assistance with creating your L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty Partner Shop account.
How do I login?
Once your account has been created visit www.lorealdermatologicalbeautypartnershop.com where, once you have selected your region, you will see the log-In page. Before you can access your account, you will need to create a password.
To do this:
1. Click on ‘Forgot password’ button (below the password field).
2. Enter your account number and click ‘Send’.
3. An e-mail will automatically be sent to the email address connected to your account with a link allowing you to create a new password. Your new password will need to be at least 8 characters and MUST contain at least one capital letter, one number and one special character.
4. Once your password has been set, you can return to the login page and access your account by entering your ‘L’Oréal account number in the login field and your new password in the password field. If you are unsure what your L’Oréal account number is, it can be found in the top right corner of your invoices or ask your Business Development Manager.
What if I have forgotten my password?
1. Click on ‘Forgot password’ (below the password field).
2. Enter your account number and click ‘Send’.
3. An e-mail will automatically be sent to the email address you provided when registering, which will include a link prompting you to create a new password. Your new password MUST contain 8 characters including at least one capital letter, one number and one special character.
Are my personal details secure?
Yes, your personal details are secure. Check out our Privacy Policy for more details.
How do I log out completely?
At the top of your screen you will see a navigation bar with a number of options for you to choose from. Click on the icon ‘My account’, then scroll down and click ‘log out’.
Will I receive Marketing from you?
When you request an account with us, we will ask you if you would prefer to opt out of receiving marketing. If you do not tick the box provided, we will proceed to send you personalised emails on L'Oréal Dermatological Beauty Partner Shop, promotions, news, events and platform updates exclusive to L'Oréal Dermatological Beauty Partner Shop Independent accounts. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time, through the link in each communcation we send.

SKINCEUTICALS REFERENCE ACCESS TICKET / GOLD STANDARD TICKET CONTEST RULES
1. The GOLD STANDARD FULL ACCESS CARD contest is sponsored by SkinCeuticals, a division of L'Oréal Canada Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer(s)"). In SkinCeuticals partner clinics and on the SkinCeuticals Canada website, it begins on March 16, 2026, at 8:00 AM EDT, and ends on June 30, 2026, at 11:59 PM (EDT).
Important Notice — Extended Participation Period Please be advised that the end date of this contest has been officially extended to June 30, 2026. Notwithstanding any contrary indication appearing on the participation ticket, the applicable closing date is June 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET. These Terms and Conditions shall prevail in the event of a discrepancy
Eligibility
2. This contest is open to residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence. Employees, representatives, and agents of the contest Organizer(s), their affiliated companies, advertising and/or promotion agencies, promotional partners, and contractors involved in this contest, as well as persons domiciled with those mentioned above and members of their immediate family (father, mother, brothers, sisters, and children, regardless of where they reside) are not eligible.
How to participate
3. You can participate in the contest in one of the following ways:
4. By purchasing a SkinCeuticals C E Ferulic product with 15% l-ascorbic acid in 30 ml, containing a gold ticket.
To participate:
• Online Channel: The participant must contact SkinCeuticals customer service by email at [email protected] to communicate the unique verification number(s) on their gold ticket.
• Partner Clinic Channel: The participant may, at their option, directly contact SkinCeuticals customer service as described above, or present themselves at an authorized SkinCeuticals partner clinic. In the latter case, the clinic undertakes to contact SkinCeuticals, communicate the unique verification numbers of the ticket for authentication purposes, and transmit the participant's contact details to the sponsor so that the sponsor can contact the winner. Gold tickets are distributed randomly across Canada, both in authorized SkinCeuticals partner clinics (retail points of sale) and on the official website (online).
The distribution of gold tickets between distribution channels and regions of Canada is not uniformly guaranteed. The Organizer cannot be held responsible for the availability of gold tickets in a particular region, point of sale, or distribution channel.
5. A limit of one (1) entry without purchase or with purchase per person or civic address or email. Duplicate entries will be deleted by L'Oréal Canada Inc. (hereinafter "L'Oréal") except those authorized by these rules. A participant declared a winner cannot re-enter the contest under penalty of automatic disqualification.
6. No purchase necessary. To enter the contest without making a purchase, please legibly write an original handwritten letter of 150 words on the theme "Why I love C E Ferulic serum". Each essay must be written by the person submitting the essay, and not mechanically reproduced. Include your name, address, postal code, and telephone number with your essay and send it to the following address: SKINCEUTICALS CANADA, 1500 Robert-Bourassa, Suite 600, Montreal, QC H3A 3S7. All essays must be postmarked by June 30, 2026 (the "contest closing date") and received no later than four (4) business days after the contest closing date to be eligible for the grand prize draw. Limit: you may enter a maximum of one entry without purchase per day. Limit of one (1) essay per sufficiently stamped envelope.
Draw Operation
7. A random draw will be held at the end of the promotional period, on July 1, 2026, for all gold tickets discovered by eligible participants during the said period. Only eligible entries received during the promotional period in which one or more gold tickets were discovered will be included in the draw.
Draw Limits
8. If no gold ticket is discovered during the promotional period, no draw will be held, and no prize will be awarded.
9. The draw will include ten (10) successive draws. A participant can only be declared a winner once. If a name already declared a winner is drawn, that draw is void, and a new draw is performed.
Draw Modality
10. The draw will be conducted by the sponsor on July 1, at 1:00 PM, in Montreal, Quebec.
11. Only eligible entries received during the promotional period in which one or more gold tickets were discovered will be included in the draw.
12. The odds of winning a prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received for the promotional period.
Prizes
Grand Prize
13. There are ten (10) Grand Prizes to be won. Each Grand Prize consists of four (4) SkinCeuticals skincare routines of 5 or 6 products, with an approximate total value of CAD $5,000 per prize (i.e., approximately CAD $1,250 per routine).
The four routines will be delivered to the winner in quarterly shipments, spread over a period of twelve (12) months following the winner's declaration.
Prize Delivery Terms
The prize may be delivered to the winner according to one of three modalities:
• Option A — Direct delivery by SkinCeuticals: SkinCeuticals directly ships the products composing the routine to the winner, at the address indicated on their declaration form. A delay of 4 to 6 weeks per delivery is applicable.
• Option B — Product delivery in a partner clinic: The SkinCeuticals partner clinic delivers the products composing the routine to the winner, without advice on the routine.
• Option C — In-clinic routine and product delivery: The partner clinic advises on which routine to adopt and delivers the products composing the said routine to the winner.
In all cases, the following conditions apply irrevocably:
No consultation, treatment, or service fees may be charged to the winner by the partner clinic, regardless of the chosen delivery method.
Each delivery must consist of different products only — it is not possible to select the same product multiple times within the same delivery. The routines associated with the different deliveries may, however, be identical from one period to another. The total value of the prize cannot exceed CAD $5,000 (approximately CAD $1,250 per quarterly delivery, i.e., four to six products). When the prize is delivered via Options B or C, the Organizer(s) undertake to reimburse the offered products to the partner clinic, provided that the delivery made complies with all the conditions defined above. Each winner is limited to one (1) Grand Prize.
Claiming Prizes
14. To be declared a winner and claim their prize, any person whose entry has been randomly selected must:
a) Contact by SkinCeuticals customer service by email or phone to communicate the unique numbers on the winning ticket.
b) In the event that the product containing the gold ticket was purchased in a clinic, the ticket winner may go to the clinic, which will contact SkinCeuticals and communicate the unique numbers on the ticket for authentication.
c) If a SkinCeuticals partner clinic authenticates a winner with the help of SkinCeuticals, it undertakes to provide their contact details so that the sponsor can contact the person.
d) Have correctly answered, without assistance and within a limited time, the mathematical skill-testing question asked on the entry form or by phone, email, or on the participation coupon, as applicable.
Failure to comply with any of the conditions mentioned above, or any condition provided in these rules, will result in the cancellation of the selected person's entry, and a new draw will be conducted in accordance with these rules to award this prize, until a participant is selected and declared a winner.
15. They must also complete and sign a declaration and release of liability form and return it to the contest Organizer(s), at the address indicated, within ten (10) days of its receipt.
16. Upon receipt of the declaration and release of liability form duly completed and signed by the winner, the contest Organizer(s) will either forward the prize by mail directly to the winner at the address indicated on the form, or otherwise contact the winner to inform them how to take possession of the prize.
In the case of direct shipment to a specified address, a period of 4 to 6 weeks following receipt of the signed form by the contest organizers is applicable.
General Conditions
17. In the event that the Grand Prize winner is a minor, the guardian or holder of parental authority must accept the prize for and on their behalf and sign the declaration and release of liability form.
18. The information provided by the participant during the call must be complete and truthful. The contest Organizer(s) cannot be held responsible for any telephone problems, voicemail issues, or a late, misdirected, or incomplete prize claim. Any electronic entry form or participation coupon that is, as the case may be, incomplete, mutilated, reproduced, or transmitted late will be canceled and will not entitle the participant to a prize.
19. The contest Organizer(s) reserve the right to disqualify any person or cancel one or more entries from any person participating in this contest or attempting to participate by means contrary to these rules or of a nature to be unfair to other participants (e.g., use of automated equipment to participate in this contest, hacking, number of entries exceeding the permitted limit, etc.). This person could be referred to the competent judicial authorities. The decision of the contest Organizer(s) in this regard is final and without appeal.
20. If it is discovered that attempts have been made by a registered participant (or anyone claiming to be a registered participant) to: (i) enter more than once per registered participant per day during the contest period; (ii) use automated program(s), scripts, macros, or robotic programs to participate; (iii) create ordered entries from the same computer/IP address on the same day (including but not limited to creating fake email addresses or social media accounts), this may result in disqualification, at the sole discretion of the contest Organizer(s), even if the participant has been declared a winner.
21. Warning: any attempt by a participant or any other individual to deliberately damage the site, alter the registration process, or undermine the proper functioning of the contest constitutes a violation of civil and criminal laws. If such an attempt occurs, the contest Organizer(s) reserve the right to seek damages to the extent permitted by applicable laws.
22. Prizes must be accepted as is, without any warranty. No substitution or transfer of prizes is permitted, except at the discretion of L'Oréal. L'Oréal reserves the right to substitute any prize with a prize of equivalent or greater value. Prizes are neither transferable nor redeemable for cash in whole or in part.
23. Participants agree to comply with the official contest rules and the decisions of the contest Organizer(s), which will be final. This contest is governed by all applicable laws. By entering the contest, participants release the contest Organizer(s), their advertising agencies, and their respective affiliated companies, directors, officers, employees, and agents from all liability for any prejudice, loss, or damage whatsoever arising from or in connection with the contest or for a prize won. To be declared winners, selected individuals for a prize undertake to sign, before obtaining their prize, if required, a declaration and release of liability form to that effect.
24. By entering the contest, participants agree to the disclosure of their names, place of residence, photograph, image, without any compensation or notice, for advertising, marketing, or informational purposes in any media or format (including the Internet) in relation to the products, this contest, or similar contests in the future, and agree to and will sign any document related to this commitment or deemed necessary by the contest Organizer(s). By entering, you declare that you have complied with the Contest Rules.
25. All entries become the property of L'Oréal and will not be returned to participants. If a selected participant's entry is made via the internet, L'Oréal may ask the selected participant to provide proof that they are the authorized account holder of the email account associated with the selected entry. No communication will be exchanged with participants except with those who have been selected for a prize.
26. A list of winners will be available from July 5, 2026, to July 15, 2026, at the toll-free number of the Consumer Advisory Center: 1-877-238-8754.
27. For the purposes of these rules, the participant is the person whose contact details appear on the letter of entry without purchase or electronic entry form or on the participation coupon. This person must answer the mathematical question, and the prize will be awarded to them according to the conditions of this contest. The contest Organizer(s) reserve the right to require proof of identity before awarding a prize.
Limits of Liability
28. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing and for greater certainty, the contest Organizer(s), their affiliated companies, their employees, agents, and representatives cannot be held responsible for: i) any erroneous or inaccurate information, whether caused by visitors to the site, by the equipment or programming used by or associated with the contest, or caused by any human or technical error that may occur in the contest entry process; ii) any error, omission, interruption, or any deletion, defect, delay in the operation of the Website or transmission in connection with the contest; iii) any failure of communication lines, theft, destruction, or unauthorized access to or alteration of entries; iv) any problem or technical defect of network or telephone line, online computer system, server or computer equipment provider, software, any failure of email due to technical problems or congestion of the Internet network or any site, or other combination of these elements; or v) any damage to a third party's computers related to participation in or downloading of material for this contest or resulting therefrom. If the contest cannot run as planned, for any reason whatsoever, including infection by a computer virus, computer errors, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other cause that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, and proper conduct of the contest, L'Oréal reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the contest. In all cases, the contest Organizer(s), their affiliated companies, and the prize and service providers related to this contest cannot be held to award more prizes than those provided in these rules or to award prizes otherwise than in accordance with these rules. Participation in the contest implies acceptance of these rules, particularly regarding the absolute limit on the number of prizes described above.
29. By participating or attempting to participate in this contest, any person releases the contest Organizer(s), their advertising and promotion agencies, their employees, agents, and representatives from all liability for any damage they may suffer due to their participation or attempt to participate in the contest.
30. The masculine gender is used without discrimination, solely for the purpose of lightening the text.
Confidentiality
31. The contest Organizer(s) collect participants' personal data solely for the purpose of administering this contest. No other informational or marketing messages will be sent to the participant unless the participant gives the contest Organizer(s) explicit authorization to do so, as indicated on the entry form where the user is asked if they wish to receive additional communications from the contest Organizer(s). How do I search for the products I want to buy?
There are multiple ways to find the products you are looking for.
The 3 simplest ways are to search by brand, by product category or by using our search field:
1. If you know the brand you are looking for, hover over ‘Shop by Brand’ on the homepage to view a drop-down menu. You can view all product ranges by hovering over each brand. To view all products in the brand, click on the brand name. To view one of the brand’s product ranges, hover over the brand name and click the relevant range next to it.
2. To discover new products, you can search our entire range by category. From the homepage, click on ‘Shop by Category’ to view all products across Retailand Professional (where applicable). Here you can also explore sub-categories of products to help narrow your search.
3. If you know the product name or product reference number, you can use the search bar to find them. At the top of the homepage, click on the search bar and enter the product name or reference number and click search.
What are the sizes of the products?
Pack sizes are shown on the product page underneath the short product description.
I can't purchase certain products, who can help me change this?
If a product says 'Contact Us' underneath, you will need to contact your Business Development Manager or the Customer Care team on 1-866-233-3338, by email or by filling out our contact form.
Please note that some brands operate within a selective network requiring stockists to meet certain criteria to be eligible to buy. This will be evaluated by a Business Development Manager when your email or contact form is received.
If a product says 'Notify Me' underneath, it is out of stock. You will be able to sign up to receive an email notification for when it is back in stock.

What do I do if I have forgotten my account number?
Use the contact us form on LDB Partner Shop or alternatively contact Customer Care on 1-866-233-3338 and we can arrange for a welcome email to be sent.
How can I update my personal information?
To change any personal details such as your address, name, or phone number, you will need to contact your Business Development Manager or the Customer Care team on 1-866-233-3338, by email or by filling out our contact form.

ORDER
How do I place an order?
Search for the product you wish to purchase using one of the methods outlined in the PRODUCTS section of our FAQs. Once you have located the product, select the quantity you require by either typing in the number or using the ‘+’ or ‘-‘ buttons. Click the ‘basket icon’ to add the products to your basket. To view more information about the product such as ingredients, pack size, or description simply click on the image of the product. You can still add the product to your basket from this page. Once you have completed your order, click on the ‘basket icon’ to review your order and amend if necessary. All your promotions will be visible on the order summary page and the total amount of your order is also shown. Once you are happy with your order, click the ‘check out’ button to finalize your order.
1. The checkout is composed of 3 steps: The first step is for shipping details, delivery address and date. At the top of this page you can also add a purchase order number in the relevant field (this will be shown on your invoice).
2. The second step allows you to choose from the payment options you are eligible for.
3. The third step is the order confirmation page showing a summary of your order, you can add products or amend your order at this stage. You will also receive an e-mail confirmation with all your order details.
Is there a minimum order value?
Yes, the minimum order value is C$750.
I have received products in error, what should I do?
If you receive products addressed to another business, or the products you receive are different to your original order, you can contact the Customer Care team on 1-866-233-3338, by email, or by filling out our contact form.
What if an item is out of stock?
If an item is out of stock, a red ‘Out of Stock’ notification will appear under the product, meaning you will be unable to order it at this time. You can set up an alert by clicking ‘Notify Me’ to receive an email letting you know when the product is back in stock.
Where do I view my previous orders and invoices?
Log into your LDB Partnershop account, Click on my account, then my LDB Partnershop orders (for orders) or my invoices (for invoices)
PAYMENT
An incorrect payment has been made to my account and my order is held.
This could be down to your current account balance, please contact the Credit Team who can help you resolve this
How do I pay for my order?
Payment will not be taken at time of ordering, you will receive an invoice within 2-3 days of your order being dispatched. Payment terms are in line with our standard Terms and Conditions of sale.
Does the value include VAT?
No, VAT is always applied at the end of any transaction, you can see total VAT value on your invoice as well as in the basket when you check out. This will be charged at your usual VAT rate in your province.
I have a question regarding pricing, who should I contact?
For all pricing enquires including discounts, invoices, pricing errors, and general pricing questions, please contact your Business Development Manager.
Will I receive an email confirmation/e-receipt/invoice of my purchased products?
What is the value of my order?
To view the total value of your order, click on the ‘Basket’ icon at the top of the page. This will show you the total summary of your order. On the far right hand side you will find your subtotal, estimated VAT, shipping costs, and full order total.
DELIVERY
What delivery service do you offer?
STANDARD DELIVERY: We currently offer FREE standard delivery on all orders
Can you deliver to an address other than my usual delivery address?
We can only deliver to the registered delivery address on your account.
Can I track the delivery of my products?
You will be able to see the status of your order in your Order History. We will notify you when your goods have been despatched and our delivery partner will contact you to let you know when to expect your delivery.
How do I report an error with my delivery?
